Motor Show Bologna Italy - Event

A favorite Italian proverb states: "Donne e motori, gioa e dolore," or "women and cars, joy and pain." Each year, organizers do their very best to give us the best of the first two in one of the most attended car shows in the world, the Bologna Motor Show. More than a million visitors attend.

The Bologna show is a unique mix of original equipment manufacturers, aftermarket manufacturers, tuners, motorcycles, race teams and all sorts of events that embrace the enthusiast.

Tracks are set up throughout the massive complex where, within the week, everything from WRC cars to Formula 1, Super Touring and Super Motard put on match and series races. There are several off- and on-road test tracks for cars and motorcycles, and free hotlaps in Subaru STi's. Bologna offers more than can be digested in a day for everyone from the average new-car buyer to the most rabid gearhead.
