SEMA is back and like always we’ve got our eyes peeled for new and interesting products for our favorite spocom rides. Of course we’ve also got you covered for all the crazy SEMA-built project cars and scorching hot booth babes, but as hardcore go-fast geeks our focus this year will be spotting all the best new products each day to go along with our massive photo gallery for a general overview of the day’s action. So check back daily for an inside look at every that is SEMA…the cars, the girls, and all the latest and greatest go-fast goodies!

Carbonetic
Carbon Blade Clutch

New from Carbonetic is their carbon blade clutch, the world’s first OEM type carbon clutch disc, which has the advantages of more expensive carbon clutches but is priced like performance metal clutch discs. The clutch can be used with an OEM type clutch cover or pressure plate or upgrade to a pressure plate with higher clamping force. Currently available for EVO’s and WRX’s as well as DC2 Integras and Honda Fits, but many more applications will follow.

Toyo Tires
Proxes R1R

Developed from years of grueling on-track experience and engineered to elevated performance standards, Toyo’s new Proxes R1R features an aggressive, arrowhead tread design, extra wide footprint, high-grip compound, and advanced autocross-inspired casing design that provides quick response during cornering and acceleration. This is designed to be an extreme performance tire for serious street driving, autocross, time attack and HPDE use. With a UTQG 140 tread rating, these will be a perfect fit for SCCA and Time Attack street tire class competition, and as Tanner Foust just proved at the Formula D final event the R1R is also a top notch drift tire.

SuperPro
Polyurethane Bushings

Thanks to TEIN USA you now have a new high quality poly bushing option to choose from, designed and manufactured in Australia by SuperPro. These precision engineered polyurethane components provide constant steering geometry, improved road handling and control, more responsive steering, and improved alignment stability thanks to full range of higher than OE durameters (stiffness) provided by them.
