The SPOCOM car show, put on by Mike Morita of Pro Motion Distributing, has quickly become the premier show for the West Coast, where many of the top vendors from the industry as well as the finest examples of modified track, street and show cars gather. There's also some go-go girls and a bikini contest thrown into the mix if that's your fancy.
However, the cars are the stars and this year proved that while the amount of vehicles being modified may have dropped, the quality and attention to detail is continuing to rise. You didn't have to look much further than some of the insanely modded Hondas in the crowd. From fully shaved engine bays with pristine K-swaps to refinished OG wheels and mutli-colored paint jobs, these Hondas were arguably some of the nicest cars at the show.

Surprisingly, there was a rather large amount of Formula D drift cars present, which gave fans a chance to examine these built drift machines up close and personal.
Outside of SEMA, SPOCOM truly is the definitive car show and a must-attend if keeping up with the latest trends or merely gawking at hot cars all day is something you fancy. Our only complaint is that it happens once a year!
