Honda HSV-010 Super GT Spy Shots

Although the NSX is no more, Honda still has a few tricks up their sleeve when it comes to racing. The all new HSV-010 GT is set to compete in the 2010 Japanese Super GT Championship which kicks off March 20th.

Powered by a 3.4 liter V8 situated in front of the cabin (unlike the mid-engine NSX), the HSV-010 is not likely to be offered as a production model anytime soon. Although Super GT usually requires the race cars to be based on production model cars, Honda found a loophole which allows them to run a car that is production ready, but not actually in production.
