Subaru Impreza WRX STI Carbon?

"Yikes" was the least severe utterance when we saw the specs of the Impreza WRX STI Carbon edition. It's a variant of the WRX STI A-Line model with a carbon-fiber roof, upgraded suede-infested interior and, of all things, a 5-speed automatic gearbox. Subaru says the roof treatment saves weight, but doesn't the automatic tack on some poundage? An automatic STI is darn near sacrilege, really. Perhaps it's being pitched as a luxury model. This is one JDM-only model we won't miss over here.
