Mash the throttle at 4000 rpm under the same conditions and full boost takes only a second. With the quicker spool-up, the bleed valve spikes to nearly 19 psi. The Power Enterprise controller doesn't spike under either condition, making it far more trustworthy for the higher boost to come.
