Cosworth's CNC ported head comes with everything but the camshafts. The head is machined out of a new OE head casting, purchased from the OE supplier and machined in house. For the price, it probably costs less than having a head hand ported and polished, plus all the valve work involved with using the 1mm larger valves. It's sure as hell more accurate than a hand job.
